Hi. Yes. I like to reheat on the stove in a skillet, you can always add a mix of milk or water to it, cover it, and let it reheat over low heat. You don’t want to overcook it.

Hi there. If you plan to make ahead and reheat, I suggest you cook the pasta al dente. When it’s time to reheat, you can just reheat in a pot or skillet and add some milk to loosen up the thickness of the sauce. Or you can add water. But I recommend any milk like unsweetened almond milk or 2%

This was very good! Made with rotisserie chicken, added extra spices and sautéed onion and garlic in the sun dried oil, which gave extra flavor. Also added a half a cup of cottage cheese which made for a creamy sauce.

I LOVE this recipe. Great meal prep option for a high protein diet – I used protein pasta, added extra chicken & spinach, an extra clove of garlic and upped the creamy base (using 4.5 c. milk, 2.5 TBSP flour, 2/3 c. parm ) as I knew the pasta would soak it up the creamy mixture. Spectacular lunch and my trainer also gave it four stars on flavor.
